BlacklerRoberts Ltd provided project management and data analysis services to help with the ongoing delivery of eCommerce solutions. Jim completed a utilisation analysis of projects completed in 2015, generating improved understanding of work activity and estimates, culminating in the delivery of a Work Order calculator to help provide increasingly accurate estimates for future activity. This is the first time I have worked with Jim and have been pleased with the self-starting nature of his work, proactivity and the actionable insights he has been able to provide.
