Project Management

Management of the project delivery process to ensure all activities and tasks are completed on time and to budget. This activity incorporates:

• Planning and monitoring of the project.
• Documenting and reporting on project progress.
• Identifying and managing risks and issues.
• Managing the project budget, including the management of change controls.
• Completion of the final project review.

User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Support

Support of the UAT stage, providing guidance on key test phases, scenarios and checks that are required to ensure the solution delivered is fit for purpose. This activity incorporates:

• Provision of a standard UAT Template to allow for creation test cases based on the requirements identified in the Discover phase.
• Guidance on the test cases and steps to be completed to ensure a full and comprehensive test plan is followed during the actual UAT.
• Support during the UAT process to help confirm the solution delivery to acceptable tolerances.
